Cycling Tongkat Ali The proper way to consume Tongkat Ali extract supplement for maximum result is to 'cycle' it. Meaning you go on an 'On', 'Off' cycle.
Our recommendation is to go on a 5 days 'On' cycle follow by a 2 days 'Off' cycle. This means you take our Tongkat Ali supplement for 5 days and then stop taking it for two days. After the two 'Off days', you resume the cycle again. Alternatively, you may go on a 7 days 'On' cycle follow by 4 days 'Off' cycle. Or a 10 days 'On' cycle follow by 5 days 'Off' cycle.

Uh, yes, this is Warren. I'm from Oklahoma City, and I'm taking the Tongkat Ali 1 to 100 mixture product. I am 68 years old, & have been very healthy my entire life.
